Hi hunnys! So happy you are here. My name is Ashley Deen and I’m a color specialist. Specializing in bright blondes, lived in blondes, bronde and red hair colors. I’ve been in the industry for 19 years and 14 of those years I lived in New York City working at ARROJO mastering my career in haircolor. As an educator for the brand and creative color director I spent my time teaching in most major cities in the us internationally as well. My work has been featured in American salon, Modern salon magazine, The Haircolorist Magazine and lastly the covers of Arrojo magazines as well as the large window displays. After awhile it was time to come back to my roots to Florida and make a home with my husband in beautiful West Palm Beach. I’m so happy to be here and I can’t wait to create something with you! Located in salons by JC suite #30 Please note that all color prices are starting prices. Hair density and length will determine if extra product and time is needed. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Please note while your happiness is my complete goal, please understand there will be no refunds for services. If for whatever reason you are unhappy please contact me within one week of the date of service so I can get you back in for an adjustment. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy

I require a 48+ hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. This time frame allows me to book someone else in your place. Your appointment will be held with a credit card. A confirmation email and text will be sent out 3 days prior to your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window of your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% of the estimated service(s) to be rendered. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a non-refundable 100% of estimated service(s) to be rendered. Contact will be attempted within this time frame to ensure understanding for rescheduled your appointment. If you do not respond, you will be counted as a no show. *In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I do allow for grace. I understand that life happens and certain situations are simply out of your control however I ask for the same consideration as my income solely depends on my ability to book appointments. Each situation will be considered at that time, yet if “unforeseen circumstances” continue to be reoccurring we will address it on an individual basis
